Silenzio 2005

This series of 23 photographs is inspired by the musician Zucchero, who says in his album Miserere (1992): “A volte, la migliore musica è silenzio…diciamo!” (Sometimes the best music is silence…I say!) In contrast with the bright, colorful series of the Curaçao Harbor Tour, here I try to make very quiet photographs: details of old houses, or of just light and shadow.
